The piece of the month chosen for May is a violin built by the German constructor Karl Grim, to mark in 2014, 150 years of its construction. 

In order to illustrate the sound and image of the violin we have selected two videos with distinct characteristics. In the first video we can look at all the process of a violin's construction, and in  the second video we can enjoy the performance of one of the most prestigious violinist of all time, Jascha Heifetz playing the concert to violin by Tchaikovsky.
