In order to celebrate the 40 years of the 25th April of 1974, we have selected, as pieces of the month, two records related to the songs that were used as passwords for the beginning of the Carnation Revolution.

To remember the passwords that marked the beginning of the April's Revolution we present two videos. The first one is with the performance of Paulo de Carvalho at the European Song Contest of 1974 in Brighton, United Kingdom, and the second one is a live recording of ''Grândola Vila Morena'' performed by José Afonso at the Lisbon's Coliseum on 29th January of 1983.
