In a month in which is marked the 135 years in the first patent of the phonograph by Thomas Edison, we show one of these devices.

The first recording made by Edison in his phonograph was a test in which he recited a poem ''Mary had a little lamb''. This recording still exists and we present a short version to remember this moment.

In order to illustrate the phonograph, we also present a video in which it is possible to enjoy the sound of  similar model to the one presented at the Museum.
